Field Operations Program Manager

If you’re passionate about conservation, community, and building programs that make a lasting impact, this could be your next role.

The Continental Divide Trail Coalition is seeking a Field Operations Program Manager to help guide stewardship across the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring the trail is maintained to high standards—through strong programs, meaningful partnerships, and a thriving network of volunteers. In this role, you’ll lead and grow CDTC’s Field Operations Program, supporting volunteer stewardship, community-based conservation efforts, and the continued expansion of the Adopter Program. You’ll also help coordinate and implement critical funding initiatives, including projects supported by the Great American Outdoors Act through 2028.

While this role stays connected to on-the-ground impact, it is primarily focused on program leadership, collaboration, and strategy—working closely with staff, agencies, partners, and communities to ensure stewardship efforts are consistent, effective, and sustainable across the CDT.
