I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to the Continental Divide Trail Coalition (CDTC) and its representatives to photograph, film, or otherwise record my likeness, voice, and/or name in any media format. I further authorize CDTC to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and edit these materials in print, digital, and social media platforms for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Ownership: All photographs, video recordings, and other media captured by CDTC shall remain the property of CDTC in perpetuity.
2. Usage Rights: CDTC has the right to use my media or likeness without compensation or prior notification, including but not limited to marketing materials, newsletters, reports, social media, and website content.
3. Revocation: This release is irrevocable, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials wherein my likeness appears.
4. No Misrepresentation: CDTC will not intentionally distort or misrepresent my public image or statements.
5. Release of Liability: I release CDTC, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of my likeness.

By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I am the legal guardian of the minor named below, and I have the authority to grant this permission on their behalf.
