Explore the vastly unknown Sierra Madre Mountains of Wyoming amongst spruce forest and grassy meadows. Enjoy old west history and enchanting views of the Platte Valley and the Snowy Range Mountains. This section of the Trail is mainly in the serene Huston Park Wilderness, a grassy trail marked with posts. If some of the trail markers have fallen just keep following the creek upstream. Plenty of camping opportunities abound in Huston Park and to the north. Before using this trail please know and follow the special wilderness regulations.
