Stewarding the Landscapes of the CDT in Montana

September 12, 2019

Earlier this summer, Student Conservation Association (SCA) Volunteer Ingrid Piña volunteered on a CDT maintenance project near Josephine Mine and O’Keefe Mountain in Montana. Watch her video to see what her crew got up to!

From Ingrid: “The landscapes of the Continental Divide are important to me because they come as diverse as us human people, with stories to tell– though from a much longer memory. The Continental Divide by name itself is already so epic, but then to catch glimpses of its landscapes is somehow even more awe-inspiring, and I find whenever I am in those spaces, I feel simply, wonderfully connected with the people around me and ground beneath me!”
